❓Registration FAQs
Children are 9 years old and below. Anyone 10 years old and above is counted as an adult for registration purposes.
Family registration is for 3 or more family members attending together. This includes any combination of adults and children. Early Bird: $300 / Regular: $350.
New Teacher rate ($100) is for first-time BCCEast Camp teachers/facilitators who are part of the official camp teaching team. Please confirm your eligibility with the registration team.
All payments are non-refundable. In special circumstances (e.g. medical emergency), refund requests will be reviewed and decided upon by the BCCEast Church Leadership — not the registration team. Last day of payment is October 18, 2026.
T-shirt payment is separate from your camp registration. Shirts are $10 each. Orders and payment are collected at the foyer on the first day of camp. Your size selections in this form are for ordering purposes only.
